Payment & Booking Confirmation

Completing the online booking process is only finalised when payment is received in full. Once received, you'll be notified through email with a confirmation and sign in prompt.

Cancellation & Refund Policies

In the unfortunate event you have purchased something by accident, there is a small window of opportunity where a full refund can be issued, your course will be cancelled and any accounts held will be suspended.

In the case that you haven't looked at the course at all, then you may receive a full refund.

However in certain circumstances there may be a need for a further investigation before a full refund can be finalised.

Due to the nature of the courses that we offer, receiving a refund, even in part, can be difficult as you have had access to our content and may be privy to copyrighted materials.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers can be used toward any course offered by Umbra & Lux for the specified amount listed on the purchased voucher. Vouchers will be limited to the specified dates on the voucher. Vouchers can't be refunded and they can't be redeemed for cash. Vouchers provided by Umbra & Lux are only applicable for courses that are listed on our website.

Limit of Liability

Umbra & Lux and all Directors, employees and any contractors associated accept no liability for death, illness, accident, injury, loss or damage to photographic & personal equipment.

By booking, participants acknowledge they are liable for any use of the information contained within the courses, and agree that they are completely responsible for any harm or misuse of the information provided.

Umbra & Lux will not be held liable for any loss or additional expenses that the participants may incur.

By booking a course or purchasing a gift voucher, you agree to accept all of the above terms and conditions.
